• Detailed understanding of U.S. and International Contract Research Organizations (CROs) available to serve as outsourcing partners, including their general and specific capabilities, operations and expertise

• Thirty-five years in the preclinical toxicology field marked by progressive advancement and a history of honesty, integrity and consistency in all aspects and endeavors

• Successfully directed over 2,000 individual preclinical GLP toxicology studies assessing the safety of a myriad of test agents in a variety of test systems

• Highly team-orientated with strong verbal and written communication skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ)

• Served as Deployment Champion to institutionalize Lean Six Sigma across Charles River Laboratories
