Received the following request, I do not have the bandwidth to take this on. I told him I would post his request here. If you are interested in this work, please feel free to contact him directly.

"We are developing an intranasal nano-formulation of FDA approved drug for COVID19 treatment. We would like to bring it to the IND, and need a toxicologist. At this point, would it be possible to have a 20 min non-confidential phone call to discuss our project?

Max dose volume for intrathecal administration in monkeys

Hey Folks:

Client plans a single dose study of their product in cynomolgus monkeys with the dose to be administered by the intrathecal route. Does anyone know or have a thought as to the maximum permissible dose volume for a single administration by this route in monkeys? It's not discussed in Diehl et al. Thank you.

This lab came to my attention as a possibility for a specialized monkey neuropathology study I'm conducting for a client. They provided a quote that seems too good to be true, nearly half some of the other quotes. I'm just wondering if anyone has worked with them and whether they are legit. Thank you!

Neurovirulence Testing
