Dear all, For those that have done carcinogenicity program recently, I would appreciate guidance on CROs based in USA that have the expertise and reasonable historical control data for carcinogenicity studies and more specifically with the TgRasH2 mice as it will be the model used in replacement of the 2 year study in mice. We will request bid from at least three CROs including CRL and possibly Covance but considering CRL acquired many of their competitors, I lost track of the CROs in USA that are not part of CRL and have proper expertise for a carcinogenicity programs.
