Pharmaceutical product development experience includes project team management of early stage pharmaceutical portfolios, preclinical pharmaceutical development and in-licensing and out-licensing product management. Extensive experience in developing preclinical and proof-of-concept development programs for virtual and small pharmaceutical companies. Extensive FDA interactions in support of pre-IND, IND and NDA submissions. Academic career included technology transfer negotiations, development of a center of excellence, foundation development leadership and academic-industry liaison.
