Dr. Harry A. Milman is a noted, international authority in toxicology, carcinogenesis, pharmacology, and pharmacy standard of care. He has published over 70 scientific papers and abstracts and five books on environmental causes of cancer and on toxicology and carcinogenicity of chemicals. Dr. Milman was the first pharmacist at the White Earth Indian Health Center (1968-1970) and a Scientist for 10 years in the Laboratory of Toxicology of the US National Cancer Institute/NIH (1970-1980). As a Senior Toxicologist and Senior Science Advisor in the Office of Toxic Substances, US Environmental Protection Agency (1980-1998), Dr. Milman reviewed toxicology and cancer data in support of environmental regulatory activities and helped shape science policy on chemical carcinogens within the US Environmental Protection Agency.
